Terms of Service
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using C3D (the "Service"). Users agree to these terms when using the Service.
Article 2 (Accounts)
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their accounts. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized account use.
Article 3 (Transactions)
The Service is a platform that facilitates transactions between users and workshops. Disputes shall be resolved between the parties involved, and we strive to provide a secure transaction environment through escrow payments.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright of design data created by users belongs to the users. However, we may use the data to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Actions that violate laws, harass other users, involve unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations are prohibited.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions unless due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 7 (Governing Law)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
